Binghamton Student Housing is dedicated to providing a high quality experience for students attending university in and around Binghamton, NY. We have years of experience in the property management business and are excited to serve the student population at Binghamton!

We take a more personal approach when working with students to ensure that the leasing process is comfortable and easy. We place a strong emphasis on direct communication with students and are happy to address any questions or concerns that may arise. This extends to the students’ stay at the properties we manage, where we visit regularly and always have maintenance staff on hand.

You will find each of our properties neatly maintained and fitted with amenities that help to keep students and their belongings safe. Each house has internet connected smart keypad locks on entry doors. These smart locks allow us to provide a code for regular entry for students, as well as keep very tight control on property access for maintenance staff. We also install multi point security systems at each house as an additional security measure.
